Kōnosuke Matsushita is an industrialist and inventor in the 20th century, and also the founder of the famous Japanese enterprise "Panasonic". Established management systems such as "life-long employment system" and "seniority sequence", and put forward a set of management philosophy, among which "living water philosophy" is the most important, regarded as the fundamental concept of management by Kōnosuke Matsushita, and called "the God of Management".
