The Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Catering Services (Draft for Comment) clearly stipulates that if the third-party platform provider of online transactions cannot provide the real name, address and effective contact information of the catering service provider, the third-party platform provider of online transactions shall compensate. The third-party platform provider of online food trading has the right to recover from the catering service provider after compensation.
