In order to ensure that residents can eat assured meat, the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on the basis of guiding all slaughtering enterprises to resume work, requires all enterprises to strictly implement slaughtering procedures to ensure the quality and safety of meat products. At present, six slaughtering enterprises in the city 16 have resumed their work, slaughtering beef cattle 14, mutton sheep 1200, live pigs 100 and 7,000 poultry every day, thus ensuring the supply of meat products in the market.
