It seems that you want to make a form file, so please download a WPS office (available in any app store, just search directly), and then click the+sign in the lower right corner (as shown in the figure).

Select a new form and you can edit it.

If multiple editors are needed, it is recommended to use Tencent Online Documentation. Open QQ and find Tencent Document Assistant.

Open it, click the new document in the lower left corner, and then you will see such an interface.

Click the table, and then click the plus sign to share it with the person who needs to edit it through the upper right corner.
