Yes Xi Haitang Vocational College provides canteens for students of different nationalities. Xi An Haitang Vocational College, formerly known as Shaanxi Haitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Beauty Training College, was founded on 1996 and renamed Shaanxi Haitang Aesthetics College on 1999. In 2004, it was upgraded to a full-time private higher vocational college, renamed Xi Haitang Vocational College, located in Bailuyuan University Town in the eastern suburb of Xi.
