On December 06, 2010, Grand Bay View International Hotel Dali held a grand ribbon cutting ceremony.

August 2011, the hotel was awarded the "Famous Gourmet Restaurant (5-star)" by Yunnan Provincial Catering and Gourmet Industry Association and Yunnan Provincial Famous Gourmet Restaurant Evaluation Committee.

August 2011, Dali Bay International Hotel started the "Green Hotel" and "Five Star" star rating.

In December 2013, Dali Bay International Hotel was approved as a five-star tourist hotel by the National Star Rating Committee.
