The ASEAN Summit and the Leaders' Meeting on East Asia Cooperation (LMEC) series are being held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia from Nov. 8-13, followed by the Group of 20 (G20) Summit on Nov. 15-16 in Indonesia on Bali, Indonesia, and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Informal Meeting on Nov. 18-19 in Bangkok, Thailand. The G20 Summit was established on December 16, 1999 in Berlin, Germany, and consists of 20 countries and international organizations, including China, South Korea, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Russia, Japan, the European Union, Indonesia, Mexico, South Africa*** and the United States, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Australia, Argentina, and Brazil.

The Group of Twenty (G20) was established in 1999 by an initiative of the Group of Seven (G7) Finance Ministers' Meeting, and consists of Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, as well as the European Union and other 20 parties.
2. Invited Delegates
In order to ensure a close link between the G20 and the Bretton Woods institutions, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the President of the World Bank, as well as the Chairmen of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) and the Development Committee (DC), will also participate in the Forum as invited delegates.
