Employees who have paid the provident fund in Zhangzhou can apply for "purchasing new commercial housing and withdrawing the housing provident fund to pay the down payment" according to the following process materials.
Meet the following conditions, employees (including * * * property owners) and their spouses may apply to the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Center to withdraw housing provident fund (including housing subsidies) from the provident fund account to pay the down payment for house purchase:
(a) to buy new commercial housing (including * * * property housing, price-limited housing and other allotment-type affordable housing) within the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou City.
(II) The development enterprise purchasing new commercial housing has gone through the housing registration formalities in Zhangzhou Housing Provident Fund Center and signed a letter of commitment.
I. Withdrawal amount

(4) Each processing window reviews the materials submitted by the employees who purchase houses, and at the same time, inquires about the real estate filing situation of the real estate development enterprises purchased by employees in the provident fund center, and immediately handles those who meet the extraction conditions, and directly transfers the housing provident fund extracted by employees to the pre-sale fund supervision account agreed in the development enterprise commitment letter.
(5) Each provident fund window inquires the invoice information through the provincial collection platform within 10 working days after the employee housing provident fund is transferred, and inquires the online registration certificate of the commercial housing sales contract through the real estate information platform; If it cannot be inquired, the house purchasing staff or the development enterprise shall submit the down payment invoice and the Certificate of Online Signing of Commercial Housing Sales Contract to the provident fund window where the down payment is withdrawn.

When employees apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund, they shall provide the following materials:
