A restaurant should have the following departments: purchasing department, service department and kitchen. Each department should have 1 supervisors, and if I don't have time, I need to have 1 store managers.
1. Store manager, purchasing supervisor, service supervisor and chef.
2, the front desk (and cashier) 3 people.
3. There are 3 chefs and 8 waiters (including 2 food delivery staff, 2 cleaning staff and 4 waiters)
