Examination (written examination and interview)

1, written test. The written test is a closed-book test, with a full score of 100. The written test score accounts for 50% of the total score. The contents of the written test are: basic knowledge of public affairs, writing and processing of official documents, current affairs and politics, Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents Committee and Regulations on Property Management.

About 3 working days after the written test, the written test results will be announced in the urban office and entered the list of interviewers. The interviewer will get the interview notice from the city office on September 12.

2. Interview. According to the ratio of recruitment quota 1:2 and the principle of candidates' written test scores from high to low, the list of interviewers was determined in turn, and the last interviewer with tied written test scores participated in the interview.

(1) The interview is conducted in a structured way, with 5 minutes for each person. The content includes community work related knowledge, on-site adaptability, language expression ability and psychological quality. Full score 100, accounting for 50% of the total score.

(2) The interview scoring method is gymnastics, and the examiners of the interview review group are teachers and experts with similar majors in different places. Monitor the video of the interview process, implement the interview management, and ensure the fairness and justice of the interview work.

(4) Immediately after the interview, announce the interview results at the interview site.

physical examination

According to the total score, according to the ratio of recruitment quota to physical examination number 1: 1, the list of physical examination personnel is determined from high score to low score. When the results of the last candidate are tied, the medical examiners will be given priority in the following order: those with high interview results, those with high academic qualifications, and those who have joined the work early with the same academic qualifications.

The medical examination standard refers to the general medical examination standard of civil servants, and the expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who fail to pass the physical examination are allowed to re-examine, and those who fail to pass the re-examination are disqualified from recruitment, and they are replenished according to the total score from high to low. When the total score is the same, the priority of replenishment is the same as that of physical examination.

Inspection and evaluation

The district recruitment office organizes relevant personnel to inspect and assess the candidates' ideological and political performance and moral quality through consulting files, seminars and social surveys. Those who fail the inspection and assessment will not be hired. According to the total score, it will be replenished from high score to low score.

After the inspection and assessment, the list of candidates to be recruited will be publicized in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the urban office for 7 working days, and will be subject to social supervision.

Personnel treatment

1. After the expiration of the publicity period, sign a three-year employment contract without objection, with a probation period of one year (the probation period is included in the employment period). If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Upon the expiration of the contract, those who pass the examination can renew the contract according to the work needs.

2. The salary of the employed personnel is 2365438 yuan +00 yuan per month (adjusted according to the minimum wage standard in the future). Pay basic old-age pension, unemployment, basic medical care, maternity and work-related injury insurance (individual pay part shall be borne by individual salary, and unit pay part shall be borne by district finance). Those who pass the examination at the end of the year will be rewarded with 300 yuan salary every month.
