I. Accommodation arrangements

In order to facilitate study and life, all freshmen are required to live on campus. Please log on to the website of Wuyi University Student Dormitory Management System after August 25th for the new students' accommodation address. Website: 88/ Dormitory. Dormitories are all four rooms, with separate bathrooms and balconies. The bathrooms have hot water and direct showers. Bedding is not provided in the school. Freshmen should bring their own bedding or buy their own (the size of the student bed is 90cm wide and 200cm long).

2. Registration time: 8: 00- 16: 30 on Sunday, September 28th.

Three. Check-in place: On the day of check-in, there are three check-in points. Please report to the nearest registration point in your building. Please refer to the guide map for freshmen's registration.

Fourth, the registration instructions:

1. Please prepare your ID card, admission ticket, admission notice and campus card when registering (freshmen with irregular documents must go to the school admissions office to confirm their identity under the guidance of the staff).

Please come to the school newspaper on time. If you can't report on time, you must ask for leave in writing to the school admissions office in advance. Those who don't take time off, report on time, or fail to report for more than a week are deemed to have given up their admission qualifications automatically and reported to the Provincial Department of Education to cancel their admission qualifications. In order to make freshmen adapt to college life as soon as possible and form good study and life habits, it is suggested that freshmen should not bring computers to school.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Registration of freshmen with family financial difficulties: Freshmen with family financial difficulties must truthfully fill out the Questionnaire on Students and Their Families in Colleges and Universities (please take this form from the inner page of Introduction to Student Financial Assistance Policies in Colleges and Universities), which will be audited by the civil affairs department of the township, town or subdistrict office where their families are located and stamped with the official seal, and go through the registration formalities at the "Green Passage" reception station (the first floor of the South Main Building) with this form on the day of registration.

Inconvenient verb: Freshmen who have applied for student loans report to the "Student Loans" reception station (the first floor of the South Main Building) on the day of reporting with the receipt of the loan contract. Special note: Freshmen who have applied for student-origin loans can no longer apply for national student loans after the start of school.

Seven, traffic guide:

In order to avoid traffic jam, vehicles coming to school should enter the school from the south gate and leave the school from the north gate after reporting.

1. Self-driving guide: The navigation destination can be set to "South Gate of Wuyi University" or "Jiangmen Gymnasium", and you can enter the school newspaper from the south gate of Wuyi University.

2. Bus route ①: Take the train, subway or bus to "Guangzhou South Station", transfer to intercity light rail and get off at "Jiangmen Station", then take the bus to "Bus Center Station" and walk to the south gate of Wuyi University.

3. Bus route ②: Take the train, subway or bus to "Guangdong Bus Terminal or Guangzhou Tianhe Bus Terminal", transfer to the through train to get off at "Jiangmen Bus Terminal", transfer to the bus to get off at "Automobile Center Station" and walk to the south gate of Wuyi University.

Tips: On the day of registration, the school set up freshman reception service stations at Jiangmen Passenger Station and Jiangmen Station of intercity light rail to provide transportation services and registration consultation services for freshmen.

Eight, the transfer of student files and the relationship between the party and the group.

2. Transfer of the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the Communist Youth League: party member and the League members must bring their own proof of the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the Communist Youth League to the school. Please don't mail it! The letter of introduction of organizational relations in party member is headed by "Organization Department of Party Committee of Wuyi University", and the letter of introduction of organizational relations is headed by "Youth League Committee of Wuyi University", which will be collected by colleges after enrollment.

3. Photo of standby ID card: Prepare 8 one-inch recent bareheaded color photos (with blue background and name, gender and admission major indicated on the back) and submit them according to the requirements of the college after entering the school.

Nine. Household registration and identity card

1, proof of account migration:

(1) Freshmen with household registration in Jiangmen City (including Taishan City, Kaiping City, Heshan City, enping city City, Pengjiang District, Jianghai District and Xinhui District) do not need to move in;

(2) Freshmen outside Jiangmen City (including Guangdong Province) can voluntarily choose whether to transfer to school;

(4) Precautions for account relocation: After receiving the admission notice, please bring the admission notice and your household registration book to the police station in the jurisdiction where the account is located to go through the relocation procedures. Please pay attention to check whether the name on the account transfer certificate is consistent with the name on the admission notice (homophones or aliases are not allowed), and whether the date of birth, place of birth, place of origin and ID number are correct; Whether the lower right and left seams of the migration certificate have been stamped with the "Special Seal for Household Registration of XX Public Security Bureau and XX Police Station". Personal data must be accurate. If you lose your ID card, please indicate "Lost Original ID Card" on the transfer card.

2. Submission method of relevant materials: Please put the household registration certificate, the copy of the household registration certificate (1 copy) and the copy of the ID card (1 copy) into the information bag distributed by the school and give it to the class tutor.

X. Military training arrangements

Military training has been included in the teaching plan, and the military training for freshmen is planned to be held two weeks before the winter vacation on 20 17. Freshmen must take and pass the exam, and the specific arrangements will be announced separately. Those who cannot participate in military training due to special physical conditions must have a certificate from the local hospital.

Eleven, charging standards and payment methods:

1, Tuition and Accommodation: For details of the charging standard, please refer to the Notice on Charge for Freshmen of Wuyi University.

2. Prepaid campus card meal fee: 100 yuan. In order to facilitate freshmen to have meals on campus, please go to GDB to recharge as soon as possible after registration.

3. Prepaid textbook fee: around 700 yuan. After entering the school, I will order teaching materials from the book purchasing center of Wuyi University in class, and the purchasing center will charge a fee.

4. Pre-deposit 20 15 basic medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents: please pre-deposit 120 yuan first, and the actual payment amount shall be subject to the individual payment standard of 20 15 basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Jiangmen. According to the Notice on Further Improving the Work of Integrating College Students and Secondary Vocational School Students into the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents (Jiangrenshefa [201] No.700) and the requirements of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, college students and secondary vocational school students will be organized by the school to continuously participate in the residents' medical insurance at their places of study during their study. 20 17 those who participated in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents (including the new rural cooperative medical system) in their original places of origin, please bring their household registration book and ID card to the original insured place on 20 15 to go through the formalities of stopping the insurance.

5. Two sets of school uniforms 140 yuan (one for summer and one for winter) and one set of 60 yuan for military training (including military cap, camouflage uniform, military shoes, epaulettes and belts). After reporting for duty, the manufacturer will come to collect fees and distribute clothes (please bring your own change to save time).
