(1) enterprise online registration: the franchisor first registers in China Commercial Franchise Network (Commercial Franchise Information Management System), clicks the registration button to enter the registration page, and fills in the registration information one by one according to the prompts and requirements. After the registration is completed, the system will automatically send the login account and password to the email address filled in by the franchisor when registering.

(2) Online filing of enterprises: After obtaining the login number and password, the franchisor logs into the commercial franchise information management system, enters the column of "User Login of Filing Enterprises", enters the user name and password, fills in the filing materials accurately and completely according to the system requirements, and notifies the window department after reporting the filing materials. Electronic documents of relevant materials required to be submitted in the system need to upload the original scanned documents in PDF format.

(3) Audit by the competent commercial department: The competent commercial department shall put it on record within 10 days from the date of receiving the materials submitted by the franchisor and notify the franchisor. If the documents and materials submitted by the franchisor are incomplete, they shall be submitted within 7 days and filed within 10 days from the date of completion.

(4) Online printing and submission of enterprises: After the materials reported by enterprises on the Internet have been approved by the competent commerce department, the enterprise login system prints them one by one according to the printed material catalogue, and then binds them to submit them to the competent commerce department.

(5) Announcement of the competent commercial department: After receiving the printed materials submitted by the enterprises and checking them with the online declaration information of the enterprises at the next higher level, the competent commercial department will announce the enterprises applying for filing on the system website.

(6) The enterprise was successfully filed.
