Didn't the philosopher Spinoza say that reflection is an advanced way to know the truth, and Hegel also thought that reflection is something to grasp the inner essence of things.

Reflection is the process of seeking a new understanding, not just talking about it. Writing on paper is just a form, and we should pursue a thorough understanding in our hearts. When you encounter difficulties, you should reflect, and when you are happy and smooth, you should also reflect. This is called summing up experience.
