I come from the south. Our food stall is called a roadside stall. When I was a child, every summer, square tents would be set up by the roadside. Tent cloth is usually the same material as red, white and blue plastic bags.

I remember that I was about 5 years old that year, and my parents ran a printing factory. I have to work in the factory until midnight every day, so I accompany them every day.

There are many roadside stalls on the way home from work, and we will go to eat midnight snack together. I like jiaozi with minced meat best. My father will order a plate of fried snails and maybe drink a bottle of beer.

After dinner, we will continue to walk home. There was a big tree when we got home. Dad will let me sit on his shoulder and pick flowers from it.

This is the best memory of my childhood, so when I grow up, I especially like to invite friends to eat food stalls in the middle of the night in summer. I feel most comfortable and calm in such an environment. Looking up at the sky, I can easily think of beautiful things.

But now many food stalls are becoming more and more advanced, and there are storefronts. Guests can choose to eat in it, but they don't feel noisy in the street when they were children.
