Qilu Medical University, located in Zibo Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, is a full-time undergraduate college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is affiliated to Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Shandong Commercial Department, referred to as "Lushang Group"), a large state-owned enterprise directly under the Shandong Provincial People's Government, and is the project construction unit of "Shandong Famous School Project".

As of October 2122, the school covers an area of 2,152 mu, with a building area of 691,111 square meters, fixed assets of 1.358 billion yuan, total teaching and research equipment of 72 million yuan, and the library has more than 1 million books. There are 11 teaching units, 34 undergraduate majors and 11 specialist majors, covering four disciplines including medicine, engineering, management and economics. There are 21248 full-time students.

There are 12 experimental training centers such as clinical medicine training center and pharmacy training center, and 161 laboratories such as anatomy, immunology, biology, chemistry and physics.
