Legal analysis: the Ministry of Public Security refers to nine small places, including shopping malls with a floor area of less than 300 square meters, small hotels with a dining capacity of less than 100 people; small hotels with a bed capacity of less than 50 people; leisure venues such as baths, foot spas, hairdressing and beauty salons, bars, and so on, with an area of less than 200 square meters; medical venues with less than 30 beds; teaching venues with less than 20 beds or a 500-person capacity; and sales and storage venues of flammable and explosive dangerous goods, with a floor area of less than 100 square meters. Teaching places with fewer than 20 beds or 500 people; sales and storage places of flammable and explosive dangerous goods with a floor area of less than 100 square meters.

Legal basis: "Shandong Provincial Public Security Police Station Fire Supervision and Inspection Regulations" Article 30 The provisions of the "nine small places" refers to the following catering, shopping, lodging, public **** entertainment, recreation and fitness, medical care, teaching, production and processing, sales and storage of flammable and explosive hazardous materials places:

(a) shopping establishments: building area of 300 square meters, or 500 people, the number of teaching places; building area of 100 square meters or less sales, storage of flammable and explosive dangerous goods. (a) shopping places: small shopping malls (stores, markets) with a floor area of less than 300 square meters;

(b) catering establishments: small hotels with a rated number of meals of less than 100 people;

(c) lodging establishments: small hotels with a number of beds of less than 50;

(d) public **** recreation: small public **** entertainment establishments that are set up in the first, second and third floors of the building and have a floor area of less than 200 square meters. (d) public **** entertainment venues: set up in the first floor of the building, the second floor, the third floor and the floor area of 200 square meters or less of small public **** entertainment venues;

(e) leisure and fitness places: building area of 200 square meters or less of bath, foot massage, beauty salon, bodybuilding, bar, tea house, chess and card rooms, cafes, fitness clubs and other small leisure and fitness venues;

(f) medical venues: township health centers, street hospitals, community hospitals and other small hospitals (clinics) with a total number of 30 beds or less. Other small hospitals (clinics), nursing homes, homes for the aged, welfare homes;

(vii) Teaching places: boarding schools and nurseries and kindergartens with fewer than 50 beds; non-boarding schools with fewer than 500 students, and non-boarding nurseries and kindergartens with fewer than 100 students;

(viii) Production and processing enterprises: small production and processing enterprises with fewer than 50 employees or with collective dormitories for 30 or fewer employees. Small production and processing enterprises with less than 50 employees or with a collective dormitory for less than 30 employees;

(ix) Sales and storage of flammable and explosive hazardous materials: sales and storage of flammable and explosive hazardous materials with a floor area of less than 100 square meters.

In line with the standards set forth in the preceding paragraph of the premises, and fire safety key units set in the same building or premises, the public security organs of the fire agencies to implement fire supervision.
