The new Food Safety Law does not specify such a clause. According to the relevant provisions of Article 40 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Catering Services, which violates the first paragraph of Article 10, the second paragraph of Article 12, the second paragraph of Article 13, and the items (2), (3), (4), (8) and (9) of Article 16, penalties can be imposed in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of the Food Safety Law.

In fact, the relevant provisions in Item (2), (3), (4), (8) and (9) of Article 16 are basically some requirements of catering processing, and violators will be punished according to Article 87 of the Food Safety Law.
