Second, the application method
1. Time and method of application
(1) Registration time: from now until September 30, 2022, the recruitment is full.
(2) Registration method: the applicant logs in, checks the detailed post situation, and fills in personal information after registration. Applicants must truthfully fill in their personal information and provide real materials according to their own conditions and job requirements. All application materials are submitted online, and letters and visits are not accepted.
Applicants should provide their valid identity, academic degree, work experience, technical position, political views and other supporting materials.
Candidates' academic qualifications (degrees) should be recognized by the state and should generally be obtained before September 2022. Returned overseas students should generally obtain a degree certified by the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education before applying.
Applicants are divided into "fresh graduates" and "non-fresh graduates". Among them, "fresh graduates" refer to full-time employment plans that are included in the national unified enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities and do not belong to directional and entrusted training (providing graduation annual registration certificates), have completed their studies and obtained corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates, and have not had labor relations or personnel employment relations with any employer during their school days, and have not paid social insurance. If you don't graduate on time, your employment qualification will be invalid. Non-Shanghai college graduates who apply for employment in Shanghai apply for household registration in this city and submit applications for settlement according to the relevant regulations of this city.
Non-fresh graduates refer to people other than fresh graduates, including on-the-job personnel and unemployed personnel. 2. In any of the following circumstances, the application will not be accepted. If the corresponding situation is found later, the application or employment qualification is invalid:
(1) Persons who have been subjected to criminal punishment, or have been punished by party discipline and political discipline, and are being examined by relevant departments and have not yet reached a conclusion;
(2) Recruiting (hiring) personnel who have violated discipline during examination, physical examination or inspection in organs and institutions in the past two years;
(3) Persons who are being audited, disciplined or suspected of committing a crime because of suspected violation of law and discipline, whose judicial proceedings have not yet ended, or whose criminal punishment period has not expired;
(4) personnel with problems in professional ethics, teachers' morality and style;
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. Qualification examination
The school will review the application materials received, and select the candidates who meet the recruitment majors and recruitment conditions according to a certain proportion to enter the written test and interview. The interview notice is in the form of telephone and email, and candidates who have not obtained the written test and interview qualification will not be notified separately.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, it is found that the applicant does not meet the post registration conditions or the materials provided are fraudulent. Once verified, cancel the qualification for registration or employment.
4. Written test and interview
The written test is organized by the school. The interview content mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the post, and may be conducted in various ways such as defense, scenario simulation and practical operation.
5. Political review and physical examination
Comprehensive written test and interview results, determine the candidates to be hired, and organize political examination and physical examination for them. The personnel to be hired shall submit the physical examination certificate of the designated third-class first-class hospital to the personnel department. The standard for passing the physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). If the medical examination is unqualified or the health is not suitable for work, the unit will not be hired.
6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed
According to the results of political examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized on the websites of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and our unit for 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the competent department at a higher level, for approval and filing. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.
