The application for transfer and its attachments shall be filed together with the stub of the transfer certificate; Students go to the transfer school for transfer formalities with the transfer certificate. The original or photocopy of the household registration transfer certificate (and the guardian's transfer certificate) shall be provided for the transfer formalities, and the transfer situation shall be recorded in the student transfer registration form.

Because of the transfer of household registration and home address, but the students or their guardians have not asked for transfer, the school shall not force students to go through the transfer procedures. Schools shall not refuse to accept normal transfer students with complete procedures in the teaching area, nor shall they accept students without normal transfer procedures. It is not allowed to transfer to another school in the entrance examination, and it is not allowed to change grades.

When transferring, the student registration form is stamped by the transfer school, taken away by the student or guardian, and kept by the school. Transfer formalities must receive transfer certificate and student registration form. Copy of stub of proof of suspension from school and punishment. It should be sealed as an attachment to the student registration form. Students who transfer during the suspension period can only be allowed to return to school if they transfer to the school after the suspension period expires.

Students who transfer from public schools to private schools need to go through the transfer procedures during the winter and summer vacations. The original school and education authorities should support it.
