As of March 2021, Universal Studios Beijing Plaza has not announced any requirements for setting up stalls. The Universal Beijing Resort project completed its infrastructure by the end of 2020.

Phase one of the park is forecast to receive between 12 million and 15 million visitors per year. Universal Studios is being built in three phases, with a water park planned for phase three.
