Restaurant each dish of the single product gross profit margin are different, in general, the meat category of the gross profit is a little lower, the vegetarian dish is a little higher, which is why, into the price of 1 yuan of green vegetables restaurant to sell 18 yuan per serving This is why, this is not like the average consumer that the green vegetables to reach 1700% of the windfall profits, but only the gross profit margin of 88% of the green vegetables only (plus 1 yuan of oil, auxiliary materials).
