1. The term "property rights" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the ownership period of building property rights, including: civil residential buildings, commercial buildings and industrial buildings. The term of property rights shall be calculated from the date when the developer obtains the state-owned land use certificate.

2. According to different types of buildings, the building ownership period of general civil houses (houses) is 70 years, and that of commercial houses (shops and apartments) is 40 years. The property right of the comprehensive land (apartment) is 50 years. This depends on the land nature of the project, and there is a specific time on the state-owned land use certificate.

3. The right to use residential construction land will be automatically renewed when it expires.
