Longhai Railway passes through Beishakou Village, Ansan Third Bridge. In the process of old village reconstruction in recent years, some residential buildings under construction in the village are only a dozen meters away from the railway recently. Yang Jinliang: I live along the railway all day. The corner of this building is no more than15m away from the Longhai Line.
The machines that dig the foundation are usually shut down, and the project will be built on weekends when no one is around. Since 2003, the other four buildings have been built in this way. But no one has ever asked about the construction procedure. A staff member of the bridge section of Xi Railway Bureau said that such construction was illegal.
Staff: At present, this town will not be approved within 30 meters. According to the municipal plan, it is a green belt within 30 meters.
The railway law clearly stipulates that grazing is not allowed within 20 meters along the railway, and new buildings such as houses are not allowed within 30 meters. However, the housing construction in Beishakou Village next to Longhai Railway continues.

It is understood that there are 130 households with 570 people in Beishakou Village. The villagers can account for more than half of the four houses that have been built, and all the other houses are sold to the market.
Since 2007, Xi 'an has stopped the construction of small property houses, but the construction of Beishakou Village continues.

In 2002, villagers in some administrative villages had little or no arable land, but they still kept the rural system. Xi has made provisions for the transformation of old villages.
