V. Purpose and significance of the activity

By calling on students from all departments to participate in it, on the one hand, students sell newspapers through their own efforts. Dedicate your love to those who need help, send your heart and warmth to those who need help, and let them feel the care and warmth from society; On the other hand, during the charity sale of newspapers, students also exercised themselves and learned how to communicate with others and express themselves better. Experience the happiness of helping people from labor. Carry forward the spirit of volunteers! At the same time, spread the idea of "based on campus and serving the society" of our association. Show our contemporary college students' positive and dedicated spirit and strong sense of social responsibility.

VII. Activity content and process

(1) Preparatory work for the activity

1. Report the activity plan and its significance to the Youth League Committee of the Department for approval and support;

2. Members of our association will mobilize all the students in the department to attend and hold a mobilization meeting, so that all the students participating in this activity can have a deeper understanding and familiarity with the charity sale. We can also let the former participants teach some useful experiences to our students of Grade 11, so that this activity can be a complete success.

3. Actively communicate with Wuhan Evening News (the newspaper provider of our charity sale) to discuss related matters;

4. Divide all the volunteers into groups, and each group is led by a board member to ensure the smooth progress of this activity;

5. Prepare items needed for activities (uniforms, flags, cameras, etc.);

6. Put up posters in dormitory buildings to let students know the purpose and significance of this activity.

(II) Specific arrangements for the activity

On the day of the activity, all volunteers will be gathered in front of the comprehensive building first, and then newspapers will be distributed and uniforms of our association will be distributed according to the personnel situation of each group. After the newspapers are distributed, under the leadership of the group leader, each group will complete their respective tasks. In the charity sale, the team members will ask the team leader immediately if they encounter any problems, and they will solve the problems together. Each team member must keep in touch with the team leader, and finally meet at the destination, and each group will pay the money for the charity sale (the team leader can arrive and the team members can go back to school to rest). I hope that during the activity, each group can help each other and complete the charity sale task as soon as possible.

1. In this activity, all team members should keep in touch with the team leader at all times. Once there is a problem, they should communicate with the team leader or our board members in time, and we should discuss and solve the problem together, and we must not go it alone.

2. In the process of selling newspapers for charity, everyone should pay attention to the selling points that are beneficial to our activities (because there are 18 colleges and universities in Wuhan participating in this activity, and there are some corresponding reports in the newspaper), so as to make the activities go smoothly.

3. In the charity sale, everyone should pay attention to the money, and try not to accept 51 and 111 yuan. On the one hand, we can't change it, on the other hand, we can't get it if we receive a counterfeit money.

4. Students who want to participate in this activity must let go, don't be coy when it comes to selling, and must consciously exercise themselves. Otherwise, it will not only hinder the charity sale, but also make you very sad.

5. Students who want to participate in the activity can treat it with a serious and responsible attitude, and should not have the psychology of complaining. Since they have participated, they should finish it seriously.

6. In the activity, if you meet your group's partner who is shy and afraid, you should first encourage him to take the first step boldly, and you can also consider helping him to sell newspapers together.
