business supervision of travel agencies, the circular requires municipal cultural and tourism administrative departments to guide travel agencies and online travel enterprises to strengthen risk assessment and judgment, not to organize tours to high school risk areas, not to undertake tourism teams in high school risk areas, and not to organize tourists from high school risk areas to travel. The circular also requires that

the municipal cultural and tourism administrative departments should strengthen the epidemic prevention and control of indoor places such as star-rated hotels, theaters and other performance places, museums, public libraries, cultural centers, art galleries and A-level tourist attractions, as well as entertainment places, Internet service places and other relatively closed places, strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as code scanning and temperature measurement for people entering the places, and minimize the holding of gathering activities in closed places.
