The construction organization design and the safety special construction scheme of the dangerous sub-projects shall be reviewed and countersigned by the relevant functional departments of the unit such as technology, quality and safety, and approved by the technical director of the unit, with complete signatures and seals. This form is generally used by the construction unit to report to the project supervision institution for acceptance of the quality of concealed works, inspection lots, sub-projects and measuring unreeling. The construction unit shall report to the project supervision institution for inspection after passing the self-inspection and attaching the quality inspection record of the corresponding process and parts. The project supervision institution shall review the validity of the inspection data, which can be verified by parallel inspection, standing by, witnessing and increasing the frequency of inspections, and keep relevant inspection (corroboration) records on file. When the project quality does not meet the requirements, it shall be implemented with reference to Articles 5.1.6 and 5.1.7 of the Unified Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Projects (GB 51311). B.1.6 division (sub-division) project inspection form

The construction unit shall notify the project supervision institution for acceptance 48 hours in advance. The quality acceptance of a division (sub-division) project shall meet the following conditions:

The project supervision institution shall require the construction unit to submit relevant materials, such as materials and equipment supply plan, labor use plan, construction machinery use plan, etc., according to the annex listed in the table. The project supervision organization shall review the following basic contents:

B.3.2 application form for temporary/final extension of the project
This form is used by the construction unit to apply to the project supervision agency for temporary extension or final extension of the contract period in case of events that continuously affect the construction period due to reasons other than the construction unit, as agreed in the construction contract. The non-construction unit causes the project to be delayed:
