What are the precautions and instructions when the electrostatic fume purifier is in operation?

Note:

1. In order to ensure the effect of electrostatic fume purifier and the safety of users, the operator must use this equipment correctly in strict accordance with the requirements of this manual.

2. Before starting the machine, check the power connection and whether the movable door of the purifier is tightly closed.

3. The inside of the electrostatic fume purifier is charged with high voltage when working. Before cutting off the main power supply, it is forbidden to disassemble the maintenance panel and the electrical junction box.

4. The electrostatic device of the equipment can be started only after the equipment is installed and the exhaust fan works normally. Note:

1. When installing the electrostatic fume purifier, if it is not connected with the fan for linkage control, the start and stop of the equipment will not affect the work of the exhaust system.

2. There are large and small indicator lights on the panel of the equipment. The large indicator light is the power indicator light. When the headlights are on, it means that the power supply of the equipment is connected. The small one is the working indicator light, and when the small light is on, it means that the equipment is working.

3. When the work indicator light on the equipment panel flashes, it indicates that the purifier is in a protective state. It may be that there is too much oil (ash) accumulated on the plate of the purifier and it needs to be cleaned, or the power supply needs to be adjusted due to too large current, or the plate may be offset and need to be adjusted.
