I am the manager of xxx, xxx store. I am honored to stand here and speak today. I am very excited. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders and colleagues present, for their cultivation and concern for me, for their affirmation of my previous work, and for their help and support.
As a store manager, although the work is very ordinary, I feel deeply responsible. Hello everyone! On the eve of the Spring Festival, all employees of xx Seventh Street got together and held the annual meeting of the company in Chunyuan Store. On behalf of the board of directors and the headquarters management team, I sincerely thank you for your hard work in the past year and your contribution to the development of xx!
20xx is a very challenging year for our xx, and it is also the most critical and extraordinary year in the development of xx. This year, we have experienced too much, including laughter, tears, failure and glory.
Although the annual performance target has not been achieved (the manager will report the completion of the annual performance later), in the case of economic recession and industry recession, we finally ushered in a promising 20xx year with the unique passion and fighting spirit, firm belief and fearless courage of xx people.
Cross the ocean to show the true colors of heroes. We xx people are an excellent team, with one heart and one mind, dare to challenge and struggle bravely. First of all, we should start from the top of the company and gradually penetrate into the hearts and actions of every employee through continuous training and demonstration. Turn our goals, mission and vision into the driving force of our work.
2. Establish its own management system, including operation system, sales system, service system, human resources system and training system. And formulate and improve our own strategic objectives, rules and regulations, process standards, incentives, rewards and punishments and other mechanisms.
