Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time: 20 13 April to June 15 (9: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm,14: 00-1.
2. Registration place: Meeting room of Kecheng District Civil Affairs Bureau, No.30 Baiyun East Street, West District, Quzhou City/floor KLOC-0/2 (behind Xinhua Bookstore in West District).
3. Application materials: Applicants are required to provide two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos and the originals and photocopies of graduation certificate, ID card, household registration book and other related materials (certificates). Female applicants born before April 1979 13 need to provide proof of the basic old-age insurance for urban workers. If there are special reasons, you can entrust others to report it. In addition to the above-mentioned relevant documents and registration power of attorney, the whistleblower should also bring the original and photocopy of the whistleblower's ID card.
4. Qualification examination: Applicants are required to fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Community Full-time Workers in Kecheng District of Quzhou City" on the spot and accept the on-site qualification examination. Those who pass the examination shall pay the examination fee of 40 yuan (candidates from low-income families are exempt from the examination fee with valid certificates).
5. Get the written test admission ticket: After the qualification examination, publish the list of qualified personnel on the district civil affairs website and get the written test admission ticket. See the written test admission ticket for the specific time and place.
(2) Examination
1, written test. Candidates who meet the recruitment requirements after qualification examination should participate in the written examination organized by the unified organization. Only when the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of participants reaches 1¢3 can the examination be started, otherwise the number of people in the recruitment plan will be reduced proportionally. The written test is in the form of a closed book, with a full score of 100. The content of the written test is "comprehensive basic knowledge", and the scope of the test is public basic knowledge, community work business knowledge, community work policies and regulations, and writing.
2. Interview. According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1︰2. Give up automatically, according to the written test scores from high to low. The interview adopts a structured interview method. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview are not allowed to enter the medical examination.
In order to ensure the rationality of the interview, the positions open to the public need to be interviewed in groups because of the large number of people entering the interview, and they are divided into two groups according to the written test results. The interview score is calculated by the correction coefficient method, and the corrected score is taken as the final interview score (accurate to four decimal places, with the mantissa rounded off). The final interview result is calculated according to the following formula:
The revised final interview score = the interview score of the candidate × the correction factor (the average score of all candidates who entered the interview ÷ the average score of the interview group where the candidate is located).
That is, the correction coefficient = (the sum of interview scores of all candidates who entered the interview ÷ the number of candidates who entered the interview) ÷ (the sum of interview scores of candidates in this group ÷ the number of candidates in this group).
3. Performance calculation. According to the candidates' written test scores and interview scores, each accounting for 50%, the comprehensive score (full score 100) is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. With the same comprehensive scores, university student village officials, family members of active servicemen, and personnel holding professional qualification certificates of social workers rank first, and those with high scores in other written tests rank first).
(3) Physical examination
According to the comprehensive score from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1︰ 1.3. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department (Zhejiang Artificial [2005] No.68) and the Revision issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health.
According to the relevant regulations, hepatitis B surface antigen is not checked during physical examination.
Candidates who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place are deemed to have given up the medical examination.
(4) Political examination
Among those who pass the physical examination, the candidates for political examination are determined according to the proportion of the number of people in the recruitment plan from high to low 1÷ 1, and the district civil affairs bureau conducts political examination. The political examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Investigation on the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). Those who voluntarily give up or fail to pass the political examination will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
(5) Employment
Candidates who have passed the political examination will be publicized on the district civil affairs website for 7 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions, and the office of the district urban and rural community leading group shall be uniformly assigned to the relevant communities in each street, and labor contracts shall be signed with each street. Employees must obey the unified distribution, and the relevant management policies and treatment after employment shall be implemented with reference to the Administrative Measures for Full-time Workers in Urban Communities of Kecheng District (Trial). Those who fail to go through the recruitment procedures and sign the labor contract according to the regulations will not obey the distribution, and those who fail the probation period (three months) will be disqualified.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. After the original and photocopy of the application materials are checked correctly, the original will be returned.
2. The identification and handling of violations of discipline and discipline in the examination shall be carried out with reference to the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline of Personnel Examination Candidates in Zhejiang Province.
