Under the general environment, the economic development of the three northeastern provinces is at the bottom of the country, the heavy industry on which the Northeast depends for survival is gradually declining, the development of light industry is backward, the development of tourism and service industry is lagging behind, people are backward in ideas, lazy, unwilling to make small money, unable to make big money, leaders are complacent, lack pioneering spirit and have a serious bureaucracy. The three northeastern provinces are big agricultural provinces, but agriculture has not yet developed. There is a FAW in Changchun, but it is gradually declining, and there is no good improvement in other aspects. A large number of talents are lost and the city lacks vitality. Moreover, Changchun ranks at the bottom of the four major cities in Northeast China.
