How to design an attractive milk tea store logo

Attractive logos need a special theme, here to give a milk tea brand logo I once designed, I hope to inspire you

This Logo used a morning time, should be considered my design time is the shortest Logo. commissioner is a Hong Kong to study back to friends, the subject is a Hong Kong-style milk tea store, because of the relationship between the relatively close, so with the help of the nature of the charge is very cheap also about a draft change! The client is a friend who came back from studying in Hong Kong, the main body is a Hong Kong-style milk tea shop, because the relationship is relatively close, so with the nature of the help, the charge is very cheap also agreed not to change a draft. The client's store is located in a creative industrial park inside the shaped bus building, is also the origin of the name.

For brands whose names are graphically appropriate, graphicizing them is never an optimal solution. Our solution to linking the words "tea" and "bus" was a double-decker bus fused with a milk tea cup.

The finalized sketch for the anthropomorphic cartoon usually requires a complete facial structure to convey the emotion. Many animations involving anthropomorphic cars always prefer to use the windshield to convey the eyes, but for the double-decker bus proposition we decided not to fall into the mold of this classic look. Instead, we used the headlights and the engine's air intake for the face, and extracted the wipers for the eyebrows to enrich the overall expression.

Vectorizing the sketches, we used different line weights to prioritize the structure of the image. A common way of thinking about this is to use a thicker weight for the outer contours, and a decreasing weight for the inner structure, depending on the importance of the line. Now we have completed the frame of the graphic.

The next step is to color this frame.

For logos with actual references, it's easier to take the colors from the references and match them. Of course, given the cartoonish nature of the logo design, the colors we pick need to be adjusted to a higher saturation.

For a cartoonish graphic, it was natural to look for a mellow and relaxed style for the text. The logo was finalized after the text elements were put together.

In fact, for most people who have some basic drawing skills, cartoon logos are the best type of logo design to start with. After all, this style of expression is relatively uniform and there are plenty of examples to draw from, ranging from sketches to Japanese cartoons. As long as you dig deep into the facial expression of the cartoon image and the text matching two key points, the rest is not too complicated. It is suitable for a variety of non-serious brands that focus on women and children as their main customer base.
