When the noise emission standard on the construction site is higher than 55dB, construction is prohibited. First, the meaning of noise

Second, the noise nuisance standard

1_ sanatorium area, senior villa area, senior hotel area, 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night;

2_ In areas dominated by houses and cultural and educational institutions, it is 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night;

3_ Residential, commercial and industrial mixed zone, 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night; Industrial zone, 65d decibels during the day and 55d decibels at night;

4_ The area on both sides of urban road traffic trunk lines, inland waterways and railway main and secondary trunk lines is 70 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night.
