Why do China laws protect banks?
Banks in China are state-owned and state-owned enterprises and must be protected by law. There is competition in the market economy, but there is no competition between enterprises of different brands belonging to the same political party, just like Pizza Hut and KFC under Yum! Brand. There is also little risk in banks in China. Ordinary people put their money in the bank and don't worry about bank failure. It is very suitable for China people who have been influenced by Confucianism for thousands of years. Capitalist countries can go bankrupt, not to mention banks. There must be something wrong with domestic banks, which is also the reason why our domestic banking industry started late and will be gradually improved in the future. Economics also includes speculation, and sometimes it will be eliminated, just like Keynes.
