Faculty:

As of June 2022, the college has 697 faculty members, of which 648 are full-time faculty members (including external reappointments), 99 are PhD holders (including those studying), and 385 have master's degrees, with teachers with master's degrees and above accounting for 74.45% of the total full-time faculty. There is one young and middle-aged academic and technical leader in Yunnan Province, one young top-notch person in Yunnan Province, and four provincial teaching masters in Yunnan Province.

Baoshan College Teaching Achievements, Domestic Cooperation and International Exchanges:

1. Teaching Achievements

As of June 2022, the college has, in recent years,*** won one second prize of the National Award for Higher Education Teaching Achievements, three second prizes of Yunnan Provincial Educational Teaching Achievement Award, and 72 items of provincial-level Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project 72 projects.3 In 2023, 22 projects were approved by the Ministry of Education for the supply and demand docking employment education project.

2. Domestic Cooperation

As of June 2022, the college has cooperated with Huawei Technology Co. and Baoshan Yongzi Culture Industry Co. to establish Yongzi Go College, Digital Economy College, Primary and Secondary School Teacher Development College, Two Mountains College, and Institute of Rural Revitalization. It has signed counterpart support agreements with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shanghai University of Electric Power, Yunnan University and other universities.

3. International Exchange

As of June 2022, the college has established educational exchange and cooperation relationships with Myongji University in South Korea, Birmingham City University in the UK, and a number of universities in the regions of India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Myanmar, and Malaysia.
