Market supervision departments at all levels in Lanzhou focus on catering service concentrated areas (commercial complexes, night markets), places where major events are held, tourist attractions, farmhouses, rural collective dinners, etc., and focus on large-scale or above (including large-scale) catering stores, catering units for major events (banquets), catering service providers for tour groups, catering service providers on the Internet, catering chain enterprises, collective dining distribution units and central kitchens. Comprehensively investigate potential risks, urge catering service providers to implement laws and regulations such as "Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services", resolutely put an end to out-of-range operation and super-capacity reception behavior, strengthen the food safety awareness of the organizers and contractors of dinner parties, and implement report filing and registration for all kinds of dinner activities.
