Is the West Lake in Cambodia in the West Port?
Yes, the West Lake International Hotel project in Cambodia, which was built by China Construction South Construction Group, is located in Sihanoukville, the west port above Independence Beach in Xigang City, the special zone of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the southwest coastline of Cambodia. It is the largest seaport in Cambodia, the second largest city in Cambodia except the capital Phnom Penh, and the only special economic zone in Cambodia at present. Sihanoukville was built after 1950, which is a relatively new city and more modern than other cities in Cambodia. During the war, Sihanoukville was renamed Kampong Hill Port, and in the 1990s, the name of Sihanoukville was restored. Many people call it Westport for short.
