I have mastered the work situation of previous graduates of our department, the basic requirements of employers for employees at present, and the employment channels for students of various majors. First, the practice of internship and employment.

Through discussion, Renlian Company is willing to arrange students majoring in e-commerce, marketing, international trade and tourism in batches, but it is difficult to arrange students majoring in accounting in batches. It is more appropriate to explore the mode of employment first and then counterpart internship.

(2) Investigation in Shanghai

In Shanghai, we had an exchange with several middle managers of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. and Ike Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Hunan Changsha Fu Lin Food Co., Ltd. agreed to accept 50 students majoring in tourism and non-tourism, Yueyang Huatian, Changsha Huatian and Yueyang Hongqiao Tourism Co., Ltd. also agreed to accept our students majoring in tourism, accounting and marketing to work in the unit, Yueyang Zheng Hong Feed agreed to accept some technical secondary school graduates to work in the unit, and Beijing Jin Yue Catering Co., Ltd., the training base of our tourism specialty, agreed to accept some students majoring in tourism and non-tourism to work in the store and enjoy the treatment of formal employees. ?
