Internship is the first post station from youth to success, and the first turning point in life leading to practical work. With a feeling of happiness, we begin the necessary journey-internship. Although the internship is cruel, we can gain success and hope. We should remember our goals and ideals so that we can do our duty in our posts, work tirelessly, be brave in dedication and work hard, and finally achieve our predetermined goals, so as not to be looked down upon or discredited by others, and use our own strength to prove to others that I am a strong person, whether at work or at school.
This period of student life in school has passed in a hurry, and the following is the internship life stage.
On April 6, 2118, 52 students from Class 4 of our college set foot on the train of internship. At that time, everyone was very excited, and there was always an idea in their hearts that I finally left school and that boring textbook. When I stepped into the hotel, I realized that my choice was wrong, but it was already late. Later, the hotel made a series of arrangements for us: staying in the hotel, dining, filling in the job application form, induction training, getting the work card, famous brand and uniform, departmental training, going to work, and the tight and forgetful arrangement made us change from a student to an employee.
Like regular employees, we check in the staff dormitory, clock in and record attendance, and wear staff uniforms. Different from regular employees, we interns have another identity, that is, the identity of students. Although internship is an extension of our studies, it is also an indispensable part of our studies. But we have the enthusiasm of youth, the thirst for knowledge and the yearning for the future. The following is my introduction to the route to the hotel and the internal situation of the hotel.
1. (1) Shanming Shuixiu Hotel is located in the center of Lihu New Town, Wuxi, which is the coast of Taihu Lake with beautiful scenery. It is a four-star luxury hotel that is extremely suitable for business meetings and tourism holidays. The address is 999 Luxi Road, Wuxi.
(2) The hotel is 8 kilometers away from the railway station and 21 kilometers away from the airport, and it is directly accessible from National Highway 312, Beijing-Shanghai, Shanghai-Nanjing, Ning Hang and Xiyi-expressway via Taihu Avenue or via the express inner ring of the city. Our hotel is divided into lobby, catering, conference rooms and so on. The lobby of our hotel is resplendent and magnificent, giving people an extraordinary feeling of style. There are a series of facilities in the front office, such as business center and shopping mall reception desk, which meet the standards of star-rated hotels and provide quality services for guests.
2. (1) The Peony Hall on the first floor is the workplace where I have worked for 15 months. Is a banquet hall, such as banquets, wedding banquets and other large banquets can be held here. Rose Garden is a hall dedicated to receiving individual guests and teams, and its different styles give people an extraordinary feeling of style. The lobby bar is a place for guests to have tea, where listening to music and drinking tea makes people forget their feelings of self.
(2) There are 12 boxes on the second floor, Xuefeng Hall and Shenzhou Pavilion are two luxurious boxes, and Bauhinia is a large table box, which can hold up to 5 tables, including lilac, begonia, cherry blossom, azalea, sunny red, smoky green, Huguang and Shanxiu. 1. The following are the feelings of my internship and others' views on me
(1)15 months, just a short period of 15 months, has taught me what I haven't learned in 18 years. This is the power of society. In a short period of 15 months, I seem to have grown up a lot, learned to cherish, learn to be patient, tolerant, know how to live, understand the difficulties and taste the ups and downs. I have to thank my parents for bringing me up from the bottom of my heart.
(2) Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so as to make the theoretical knowledge we have learned useful. If we only learn and don't practice, then what we have learned is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay the foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn in school. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and what you learn from it is naturally different. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning. Moreover, with the rapid economic development in China and China's accession to the WTO, the domestic and international economies are changing day by day, and new things are constantly emerging every day. While we have more and more opportunities, we also have more challenges. The knowledge we just learned the day before yesterday may have been eliminated today. The more China's economy is integrated with the outside world, the higher the demand for talents will be. We should not only learn what we have learned in school well, but also learn other knowledge from life and practice.
(3) In the dining room, people can recognize me as a student who is studying at a glance. When I ask them why, they always say that they can see it from my face. Hehe, maybe people who have never experienced society have my unknown experience! I didn't retreat because I didn't have experience in front of them. I believe I can do as well as them. My job is to be a vegetable delivery student there, and I get off work from 9: 11 pm to 1: 11 pm and then from 4: 11 pm to 8: 11 pm every day. Although the time is a little long, I am enthusiastic and young, and I don't feel tired at all. I think it is an incentive to understand life, understand life, get in touch with society and understand the future. But from time to time, I have to do some things other than work, and sometimes I have to do some cleaning work. The leaders value me very much, which I am very proud of. The leaders and teachers have also said in many chats with my family that I have done a good job. At school, there may be teachers assigned to say what to do today and what to do tomorrow, but here, no one will necessarily tell you this. You must do it consciously and try your best, and the efficiency of a job will be evaluated differently by others. In school, there is only an atmosphere of learning. After all, school is a place of learning, and every student is striving for higher grades. And here is the workplace, everyone will work hard to get more pay. Whether studying or working, there is competition. In the competition, we must constantly learn from other people's advanced places, and also learn from others how to be a man to improve our own ability! I remember the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that there is always that innocence and sincerity on campus. Although students are secondary school students, students still maintain their status as students. Walking into the enterprise and contacting all kinds of customers, colleagues, bosses and so on, the relationship is complicated, but I have to face everything I have never faced before. I remember that one of the problems reflected in the job fair held in our school is that there is a certain gap between students' practical operation ability and theoretical study in school. In this practice, I feel deeply about this. In school, there is a lot of theoretical study, and it is multifaceted, almost covering everything; In practical work, you may encounter things that you haven't learned in books, or you may not use the knowledge in books at all. Maybe it's just a simple problem that can be used in the work, and a task can be completed as long as it is like a set of formulas. Sometimes I complain that the actual operation is so simple, but why does the knowledge in books make people learn so hard? Is this the derailment of society and schools? Perhaps the teacher is right. Although student life is not like stepping into society, it is an undeniable fact that it is a part of society at last. But sometimes I have to thank my teachers for their tireless teaching. Some problems have been carefully digested in class and supplemented by my usual homework. I have a higher starting point than others and have more knowledge to deal with all kinds of work problems. As a college student in the new century, I should know how to interact with people in all aspects of society and deal with all kinds of things that happen in society, which means that college students should pay attention to social practice, which is essential. After all, five months later, I am no longer a student, but a member of society, and I want to communicate with and contribute to society. It's far from being an armchair strategist, and the journey of life will be long in the future. Although I think I can go home quickly every day, I really have to leave. Anyway, we stayed for 15 months and got used to the work and life here. What I have learned in my internship is the working skills of a grass-roots waiter, and I have mastered them. In addition, the most important thing in management is to deal with the relationship with subordinates, and to do this, the most important thing is to be pragmatic, start from the grassroots level and stand out from the grassroots level. A successful manager must be born in this way, and a successful manager can unite all employees, thus achieving the goal of the whole enterprise. Therefore, in the future, the management talents needed by hotels must be experienced from the grassroots level, rather than a person with a high degree of education but no practical work experience. The waiters needed by hotels must be people with great service ability and extremely important details, and will develop in the direction of universal hotel "golden key". In the future, the number of hotel "golden key" employees will greatly increase.
