"Food Business License Management Measures"
Article 10 of the application for food business license, should be in accordance with the food business subject business and business project classification.
Food business subject business is divided into food sales operators, food service operators, unit canteens. The State Food and Drug Administration can be adjusted according to the needs of supervision and management of food business program categories.
