1. On my Tik Tok page, click Tik Tok Mall.

2. On the page of Tik Tok Mall, click My Order.

3. On the My Orders page, click the order you want to complain about.

4. On the order details page, click the official customer service.

5. In the input field, enter the complaint and click Send.

6. Click on the link to manual customer service, and you can complain about this business through customer service.
