When visiting customers, you can refer to the following points:
1. Know customers' preferences and needs in advance, choose the appropriate variety and quantity of afternoon tea, neither too much nor too little, and avoid wasting or being stingy.
2. Call or text the customer in advance before the visit, ask if it is convenient for the customer to accept the visit, and say that he will bring some afternoon tea to show respect and courtesy.
3. When visiting, greet the customer in a relaxed and pleasant tone, introduce yourself, and pass the afternoon tea to the customer, and say some appropriate words of praise or thanks, such as "You have worked hard, I brought you some afternoon tea, I hope you like it", "Your office is beautiful, and I specially chose this afternoon tea, which matches your style" and so on.
4. When chatting, we can use afternoon tea to lead to some topics, such as "This afternoon tea is a new shop I recently discovered, and it tastes very good. What do you think", "What kind of afternoon tea do you like to drink?" and so on, so as to enhance mutual understanding and intimacy.
5. At the end of the visit, I once again thanked the customers for their reception and time, and expressed the hope that we would have the opportunity to cooperate or communicate again, such as "I am very happy to chat with you today, thank you for your afternoon tea, which I found delicious" and "Do you have any comments or suggestions on our products, please feel free to contact me and I will reply to you as soon as possible".
