People who enter into Xinxian from the areas where the local epidemic has occurred should bring the proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then undergo the nucleic acid test for the second time after arriving at their destinations; and for those who have already arrived at their destinations after entering into Xinxian from the areas mentioned above, please take the initiative to report to the community, lodging hotels and units, and then undergo the nucleic acid test for the second time within 3 days, according to the regulations. Please take the initiative to report to your community, hotel and organization, take two nucleic acid tests within three days, continue to monitor your own health for seven days, and take good personal protection when you need to go out. If you have fever, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., please report them immediately and go to the fever clinic with a detailed epidemiological history.

Second, people from counties with medium or high risk areas should not come to Xin. If they need to come to Xin, they will be centrally isolated for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days after arrival. For those who have arrived in the first 14 days before the announcement of medium and high risk areas, health management will be carried out until 14 days after arrival, and 2 nucleic acid tests will be carried out in the first 3 days after the follow-up visit, and they will not go out or gather in the countryside after returning home if it is not necessary.

Thirdly, people from other counties in the prefecture where the medium and high risk areas are located will not come to Senlution unless it is necessary. Those who do need to come to Xin must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and undergo a nucleic acid test after arrival. For those who have arrived within 14 days before the announcement of the high and medium risk areas, two nucleic acid tests will be conducted.

Fourth, the airport, port area and inbound personnel or goods have direct contact with the service and security personnel, isolation places, designated hospitals, fever clinics, cold chain related enterprises and other high-risk positions as far as possible to avoid coming to Senlution, do need to enter Senlution must meet the separation from the workplace for more than 14 days, and with 48 hours of nucleic acid test negative certificate, and 3 days in advance to the destination community to report, after the return of the non-essential not to go out, not to gather. After returning home, they will not go out or gather unless it is necessary.

V. For those who have a history of living in land border cities in the past 14 days, please hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and take a nucleic acid test upon arrival.

VI. For those who have a recent history of traveling, please pay close attention to the information on the flow trajectory of cases and asymptomatic infected persons released by the regions where the outbreak occurred and the information on the medium- and high-risk areas. Close contacts, sub-closely contacts, and positive infected persons with the activities of the temporal and spatial trajectory overlap of personnel, to or through the medium and high risk areas, while empty accompanied by personnel, to immediately report to the community, accommodation hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of isolation for medical observation.

Seven, strict restrictions on travel to medium and high-risk areas and counties, non-essential not to travel to medium and high-risk areas in the prefecture-level cities in other counties; high-risk positions should try to avoid travel, the need to travel to meet the detachment from the workplace for more than 14 days and hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and in the unit report; fever patients, health code " Yellow code" and other personnel to fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, take the initiative to cooperate with the health monitoring and nucleic acid test, in the absence of exclusion of the risk of infection before not traveling.
