Overheating fault

Fault phenomenon: flame failure, the main controller alarm, fault display shows overheating dry burning fault code.

Fault Cause:

(a) The heating manifold distribution is turned off, causing the water temperature in the main heat exchanger to rise rapidly and the hot water temperature to exceed 90°C, causing the bypass valve to open.

(b) A blockage in the heating line slows down the water circulation, causing the water temperature to rise rapidly and the hot water temperature to exceed 90°C.
