Corn sausage
Ingredients: 261g lean pork, 261g chicken breast, 111g sweet corn, salt, white sugar, ginger powder, chicken powder and corn starch;
recipe making process:
1. Prepare raw materials. I used pork hind legs, chicken breast, fresh sweet corn kernels and eggs here; The amount and proportion of meat can be arbitrary, and it can also be made of pure pork or pure chicken, just according to your own preferences; Lean meat is more, fat meat can come a little, which can increase the taste, and the sausage made is not so dry;
2. Cut the chicken breast and pork into pieces, put them in the minced meat bowl, and beat the eggs into the minced meat bowl;
3. Start the meat grinder, and it will take about ten seconds, and the meat pieces will become minced meat, which is very convenient;
4. Put the fresh sweet corn kernels into the minced meat bowl. I cut the corn kernels with a knife, or I can peel them off one by one.
5. Gently press the meat grinder for 2 or 3 seconds, so that the corn kernels and the meat paste are evenly mixed. Some large pieces can be opened and then stopped.
6. Take the cutter head out of the minced meat bowl and put a teaspoon of salt on it;
7. Add a spoonful of corn starch to make the sausage taste more tender.
8. Add a small amount of ginger powder, chicken powder and sesame oil, put on disposable kitchen gloves and mix the seasoning and corn paste evenly.
9. Take a paper bag and put the corn paste in the paper bag, so that the extruded sausage is even in size and looks good. If you don't have a flower bag, a fresh-keeping bag can also be used;
11, cut a hole in the paper bag, and squeeze the corn paste evenly into the sausage mold;
11. Cover the mold and steam it in a steamer for 31 minutes. The rice cooker I use here just fits in the steamer.
The corn sausage is steamed. Although the color is not as beautiful as the bought sausage, this is the real corn sausage without additives and pigments. Isn't it very simple? You can make sausages with different flavors by grinding the meat into paste and mixing it with your favorite ingredients.
