Two, food business must be "first license":

Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License stipulates that:

(1) To apply for a food business license, one should first obtain the qualifications of a legal subject such as a business license.

(2) Enterprise legal person, partnership enterprise, sole proprietorship enterprise, individual industrial and commercial households, etc. The applicant is the subject specified in the business license.

(3) For canteens of government agencies, institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units, enterprises and other tendering units, the applicant shall be the subject specified in the registration certificate or business license of government agencies, institutions and social organizations as legal persons.

Three, the main business forms of food business are divided into three categories:?

1. Paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License stipulates: "The main formats of food business are food sales operators, catering service operators and unit canteens.

2. Where a food business operator applies for operating through the network, setting up a central kitchen or delivering food collectively, it shall be marked in brackets after the main format. "

Four, food business projects are divided into sales and manufacturing and selling two categories 10:

(1) Food sales. Paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License stipulates that prepackaged foods sells all kinds of foods (including frozen foods, excluding frozen foods), bulk foods (including frozen foods, excluding frozen foods), special foods (health foods, formula foods for special medical purposes, infant formula milk powder and other infant formula foods).

(2) Food manufacturing and sales. Including: hot food manufacturing and sales, cold food manufacturing and sales, raw food manufacturing and sales, pastry food manufacturing and sales, homemade drinks manufacturing and sales, other food manufacturing and sales.
