How to test the food safety certificate?

The food safety certificate is applied for by the local food and drug administration. The requirements for food safety administrators are as follows:

1. Primary level:

(1) At least 18 years old.

When receiving the certificate, the following relevant materials must be submitted:

1. Provide a copy of the Food and Beverage Service Permit or the valid Food Hygiene Permit of the employer; If there is no above certificate, a copy of the business license of the enterprise or the organization code certificate of the institution is required.

2. Original ID card; If you collect it for someone else, the person who collects it for you must provide the original ID card; If the chain units collectively receive it, the unit headquarters shall provide a unified license certificate.

3. If an individual fails to provide the original materials required for registration such as health certificate and graduation certificate before the examination, he/she needs to bring a supplementary certificate for verification.
