According to the Measures for the Administration of Kitchen Wastes in Chizhou City (Chizhengban [2015] No.3), the following implementation rules are formulated.
Article 2 Management departments and responsibilities
The Municipal Urban Management Bureau is responsible for the collection and transportation management of kitchen waste in the main city of our city, and the specific work is entrusted to the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Management Office for implementation.

The Municipal Agriculture Commission is responsible for the supervision and management of the inedible livestock residual oil produced in the process of slaughtering pigs in designated slaughterhouses; Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the use of kitchen waste in livestock and poultry breeding; Investigate and deal with the illegal acts of raising livestock and poultry with kitchen waste that has not been treated harmlessly according to law.
Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau is responsible for the supervision and management of pollution prevention and control of kitchen waste generation and disposal service units, and investigate and deal with violations of environmental protection laws and regulations in kitchen waste disposal activities according to law.
The Municipal Public Security Bureau is responsible for the supervision and management of road traffic safety of food waste transport vehicles, investigate and deal with all kinds of unlicensed vehicles engaged in food waste transport according to law, and severely crack down on criminal acts that endanger the environment and personal health by producing, managing and using food waste processed products.
The Municipal Finance Bureau shall guarantee the capital investment in the disposal of kitchen waste.
Municipal departments of industry and commerce, development and reform, transportation, commerce, price, housing and urban and rural construction shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the management of kitchen waste.
