First, the folding packaging machine
A machine that wraps products with flexible packaging materials and folds and closes the packaging materials protruding from the end is called a folding packaging machine. Folding wrapping machine generally puts the material on the packaging material first, and then folds the two sides in turn. According to the technological requirements, some are glued before the last folding, some are ironed by electric heating, and some are formed only by the deformation of packaging materials. Folding packaging machine is widely used and has beautiful packaging. There are many forms of folding bags, so the ways and equipment of folding bags are also varied.
1, turret folding packaging machine
The turret folding packaging machine is mainly composed of packaging material feeding device, packaging material feeding device and rotating mechanism. Packages or packages are stacked in the guide groove of the charging device and pushed out by the chain feeding device, and the rest of the packages are filled to the empty position under the action of their own weight; After the forward packaging meets the cut packaging material, under the action of the front baffle, the packaging material is wrapped in three planes of the packaging in a frame shape and sent to the rotary box of the turntable together, and one corner of two end faces is folded; The turret is driven by intermittent mechanism, and every rotation of 45 degrees is an action cycle. When the turret rotates to the vertical position for 90 degrees and stops intermittently, the two folding claws complete the folding of the long-side opening, and can also be preheated and shaped here; When the turret rotates to the position of 135 degrees, heat sealing is carried out to complete the folding and overlapping of the long sides; When the turret rotates to 180 degrees, the turret stops again. At this time, the package has been turned around, and two discharging rods unload it from the turret and push it forward by the discharging propulsion device. When reaching the end face folding device, the other short corner edge of the two end faces is folded first. When the package is pushed, the upper edge of the end face is folded, and then the lower edge is also folded. Followed by side heat sealing, flipping and stacking, and finally sent out by the conveyor belt to complete the whole package process.
The rotary mechanism of the turntable is mainly composed of a rotary body, eight fixed seats and eight rotary boxes. There are gaps in the middle and both ends of the rotating box. The gap in the middle is for the chain pusher to pass through when pushing the bag, and the gaps at both ends are reserved for the discharge rod as the discharge channel. Two positioning pins are used to position the package in the rotating box, so that the long side of the package is exposed outside the rotating box for folding and heat sealing.
The structure of the turntable mechanism and the packaging material determine the packaging speed of the whole packaging machine. Because it rotates intermittently, the acceleration and centrifugal force are large when rotating. If the centrifugal force of the package is greater than the friction of the rotating box, the package will be thrown out. The centrifugal force and friction force of different quality packages are different. For cigarettes, if they are light and elastic, the friction of the rotating box will be larger and the centrifugal force will be smaller, which can improve the packaging speed. For heavy items such as tapes, if the shell is hard and elastic, the friction force is small and the centrifugal force is large. If the speed is slightly higher, it will be thrown out, which may get stuck and damage the packaging and some parts, and its packaging speed will be much lower than that of packaged cigarettes. When the external dimensions of the package change greatly, the rotating box on the rotating tower should be replaced.
2, linear folding packaging machine
When hemming with the straight-line folding hemming technology, first, take out a single corrugated cardboard box or ordinary thick cardboard one by one, and fold the cardboard with line pressing and corner cutting stacked on the cardboard storage rack into a right angle. Then, we will use a pusher to push the products stacked according to certain requirements to the designated position of the packaging box, and then make boxes and packages according to the pressing line on the box, and then send them out after gluing and sealing.
They use different packaging materials and sealing methods. The former uses rolled film or single film to heat seal the packaged goods, while the latter uses corrugated board or ordinary cardboard to bond the packaged products.
Second, the sewing machine
Sewing machine refers to a machine that packages products with soft packaging materials and closes the packaging materials with protruding ends by hot pressing. This machine, also known as horizontal pillow packaging machine, can automatically complete bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, finished product discharging and other packaging work. Is the most widely used, the highest degree of automation, the most complete series of a packaging machinery.
The sewing machine can be applied to the packaging of general block, tubular regular articles and irregular articles, and there is almost no limitation on the volume and quality of packaging materials.
