The low-income and extremely poor groups among the patients diagnosed as COVID-19 can apply for temporary assistance to their registered towns and villages.
Residents in COVID-19 who encounter great difficulties in their families may apply for temporary assistance to the villages and towns where they live or register.
Non-local residents who suffer from COVID-19 due to visiting relatives, work and other reasons may apply for temporary assistance to the town or village where they live or register.
Migrant workers and other uninsured unemployed workers who can't go out to work because of epidemic prevention and control, or can't return to work because of the epidemic, have no source of income for three consecutive months, have difficulties in life and can't enjoy the protection of unemployment insurance policy, can apply for a one-time temporary relief fund to the town or village where they live or register.
College students who are unemployed due to the epidemic and face difficulties in their basic life, as well as other families or individuals who have temporary difficulties in their basic life due to the epidemic, may apply for a one-time temporary relief fund to the town or village where they live or register.
Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, people with basic living difficulties such as low-income residents and poor people living in other districts and counties of our city may seek assistance from their towns and villages.
Second, the application method
The Civil Affairs Bureau of Yongchuan District warmly reminds residents who need to apply for assistance: they can apply for assistance directly at the domicile or the township where emergencies occur, or call the social assistance hotline of Yongchuan District at 023-49826059 for policy consultation, and handle it in time after investigation and verification according to regulations.
