2 Talking about several common forms of unit canteen management
2. 1 The company is the main business entity, which mainly refers to the company's own canteen to provide dining services for employees. Business forms can be independent operation, contracted operation and cooperative operation. Contracted operation and cooperative operation mean that the unit signs a contract with the contractor or cooperative operator, stipulating that the canteen is the canteen of the unit, and the contractor or cooperative provides dining services for its employees in the name of the unit, and the unit has great decision-making power over the operation of the canteen, such as procurement and price. Generally there is no business license. At present, most organs, enterprises and institutions operate independently in this form.
2.2 Logistics group or catering center refers to the entity that mainly provides catering services for employees after logistics socialization. Units do not operate canteens, but only provide business premises, which are independently operated by logistics groups or catering centers and have business licenses. In asset management, a unit forms a relationship with a logistics company or a catering center. Register the original logistics state-owned assets of the unit, clarify the property rights relationship, and implement a standardized separation of ownership and use rights. By signing a custody agreement, the unit rents the logistics assets to the logistics company or the catering center for free or preferential use, and the logistics company or the catering center clarifies the responsibility of maintaining the value of state-owned assets through equipment maintenance, depreciation of fixed assets and payment of fees. On this basis, logistics enterprises can implement the reorganization of logistics assets in various forms and ways, such as introduction, association, leasing, asset custody and joint-stock cooperation. This form is more common in school canteens in the socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities.
2.3 The lessor is the main unit, which does not operate the canteen, but can provide business premises, and the catering unit provides dining services for its employees according to the contract. The business form can be that the lessor rents the premises of the unit to provide dining services for the employees of the unit, or it can also be entrusted processing and collective dining distribution. The unit may also have the right to supervise some operations of the canteen, such as procurement and price. However, the business entity is the lessee, and the lessee has a business license, such as renting houses and equipment, and dining halls with the lessee as the main body.
